Representative Projects

 A sixteen-story, 318-unit high-rise completed in 2008 as a condominium and acquired in 2009 by a prominent multifamily REIT. Significant capital projects included the build-out of a rooftop amenity space overlooking the Port of Los Angeles and correction of construction defects. 

Built in 1941 as military housing, this property presented unique challenges. In addition to renovating all units, capital projects included an updated gas distribution system throughout the property, lift station rebuilding, and underground storage tank cancellation. 

Located in Highlands Ranch, this 340-unit  property was built in 1994 but in need of updates, including apartment renovations and a complete re-configuration and remodel of the leasing office and amenity spaces.  Extensive civil engineering was also required to correct drainage issues throughout the property.

A 360-unit podium-style apartment community built in 2002. Projects included the renovation of all units to luxury specifications and a complete remodel of the leasing office, the expansive clubroom, and the outdoor amenity spaces.

Built in 1987, this podium-style 153-unit apartment building also has ground-floor retail. The property required significant correction of deferred maintenance issues, unit renovations, a complete overhaul of the common areas, and tenant improvements for the retail spaces.

A classic mid-century, 69-unit  property built in 1962. In addition to upgrading the lobby and amenity areas to reflect the period, all dwelling units were re-configured for an additional bathroom and in-suite laundry.
