BCG principal Daniel Byrd has over twenty years of multifamily and commercial real estate experience involving all aspects of underwriting, asset management, construction, renovation, and development. Prior to forming BCG, he directly managed the redevelopment and capital projects of over one hundred institutional multifamily communities in major MSAs of the western United States. Having held senior management positions in large institutional real estate firms, he guided teams in the formulation, execution, and management of capital business plans including feasibility, design, budgeting, and project management.
Daniel earned a BA in History with minors in business administration and computer science from the University of Central Florida. He also completed post-baccalaureate coursework at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
